This is one of our key project, which IDJ Construction not only toook part in constructing but also in investing, cooperated with Charmvit Group from Korea.

The project is a complex of 5 stars hotel, grade A office tower and shopping center. The project includes 2 basements, 5 – Florey shopping center and twin towers of office tower and hotel with 29 floors.

Investment: IDJ own 3 floors out of 27 floors from the Office tower and 5 floors of the Shopping mall.

Project size: 1.97 ha
