JOB DESCRIPTION:
– Plan and manage the assigned work according to the approved plan and schedule of the project, collect specific requirements on work at the site.
– Control construction quality, construction measures and processes of project items; supervise the implementation of approved plans, measures and procedures, evaluate the quality of construction bidding package
– Divide the volume, combine with the payment department to make payment documents with the investor, calculate the volume for the labor teams.
– Other jobs according to the assignment of the direct manager.
– Analysis of project risks and implement preventive measures.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
– Graduated from University, majoring in Civil and Industrial Construction.
– Skills to evaluate the effectiveness of construction methods.
– Fluency in English is an advantage.
